• On the home page, you will need to click on the ‘Consumer Suvidha Activities‘ option.
• Here, you have to click on the option for ‘Apply for New Electricity Connection.

• After this, you will see the following options:
  • Apply for South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (SBPDCL) connection
  • Apply for North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (NBPDCL) connection
• You will need to select the option that suits your requirements.
• Next, you’ll need to enter your mobile number and select your district.
• Then, you have to click on the ‘Generate OTP’ option.

• Now enter the OTP received on your mobile.
• Here, you need to click on the ‘Submit’ option.

• Now, here you have to select the option ‘Know the status of your new electricity-related application.’
• After that, a new page will open in front of you.
• Here you need to enter your Request No.

• After entering the requested Request Number, you need to click on the ‘View Status’ button
• As soon as you complete the mentioned process, the status of the application will appear in front of you.

• Now, select the option ‘Make changes in the new electricity-related application / complete your application process.’
• After that, a new page will open in front of you.
• Here, you need to enter your Request No.
• After filling in the requested Request Number, click on the ‘Get OTP’ button.
• Now, enter the OTP in the provided box.
• The form will now open in front of you.
• Enter the necessary information here.
• Afterwards, you will need to click on the ‘Submit’ option.

• First, go to the official website.
• Next, click on the ‘Consumer Suvidha Activities’ option.
• Now, select the option ‘Application for Load Increase/Decrease.’
• After that, a new page will open in front of you.
• Now, choose either ‘Load Enhancement’ or ‘Load Reduction.’
• Here, you need to enter your CA Number.
• Next, click on ‘Get Load Details.’
• You will need to fill in all the important information asked in the application form.
• Afterwards, you will need to upload all the necessary documents.
• Now, click on the ‘Submit’ option.
• This way, you can apply for Load Increase or Decrease.
