[Benefit – 1000 rupees] / इस श्रेणी में उन बालिकाओं को सम्मिलित किया जाएगा जिनका एक वर्ष के अंदर सम्पूर्ण टीकाकरण हो चूका हो और उनका जन्म 01 अप्रैल 2018 से पूर्व न हुआ हो। [लाभ- 1000 रूपये]
Third Premium/तृतीय श्रेणी	Under the third category, girls who have enrolled in the first grade during the current academic session will be included. Fourth Premium/चतुर्थ श्रेणी	Under the fourth category, girls who have enrolled in the sixth grade during the current academic session will be included. [Benefit – 2000 rupees] / चतुर्थ श्रेणी के अंतर्गत वह बालिकायें सम्मिलित होंगी जिन्होंने चालू शैक्षणिक सत्र के दौरान छठी कक्षा में प्रवेश लिया हो। [लाभ- 2000 रूपये]
Fifth Premium/पंचम श्रेणी	Under the fifth category, girls who have enrolled in the ninth grade during the current academic session will be included. [Benefit – 2000 rupees] / पंचम श्रेणी के अंतर्गत वह बालिकायें सम्मिलित होंगी जिन्होंने चालू शैक्षणिक सत्र के दौरान नवीं कक्षा में प्रवेश लिया हो। [लाभ- 2000 रूपये]
Sixth Premium/षष्टम श्रेणी	Under the sixth category, girls who have completed 10th/12th grade and enrolled in an ongoing academic session for a Bachelor’s degree or at least a two-year diploma will be included. [Benefit – 2000 rupees] / षष्टम श्रेणी के अंतर्गत वह बालिकायें सम्मिलित होंगी जिन्होंने 10वीं/12वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण करके चालू शैक्षणिक सत्र के दौरान स्नातक -डिग्री या कम से कम दो वर्षीय डिप्लोमा में प्रवेश लिया हो। [लाभ- 2000 रूपये]

Steps to Apply Online for Kanya Sumangla Yojana/कन्या सुमंगला योजना के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के चरण

If families in Uttar Pradesh wish to apply for the benefits of MKSY 2023 for their daughters, they should follow the online procedure provided below:

• Firstly, the applicant needs to visit the official website of Kanya Sumangala Yojana.
• Once on the official website, the homepage will appear. Look for the option ‘Citizen Service Portal
• Click on this option. After clicking, the next page will open, where you will need to register.

• Before registration, you will be shown the terms and conditions. Below that, you will need to click on ‘I agree’. Then a new page will open.
• On this page, you will need to fill in all the information asked in the registration form, such as name, address, mobile number, parents’ Aadhar number, etc. After that, you will need to enter and verify the OTP.
• Once you enter the correct OTP, your registration will be complete. After successful registration, you will receive a user ID, which you will use to log in to the MKSY Portal.

• You will need to enter your user ID and password to log in. This will complete your login.
• After registration, you will receive the Kanya Panjikaran Form. In this registration form, you will need to fill in all the information related to your daughter and upload all the required documents. Finally, click on the submit button.

Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana Offline Application/ कन्या सुमंगला योजना ऑफलाइन आवेदन कैसे करे ?

• Firstly, you can obtain the application form free of cost from the above-mentioned office.
• After receiving the application form, you will need to fill in all the information asked in the form.
• Once all the information is filled, you will need to attach all your necessary documents with the application form.
• Afterwards, you will need to submit your application form to the concerned Block Development Officer (BDO), SDM, District Magistrate, Sub-Inspector, Deputy Chief Inspector, etc.
• The filled applications will then be sent to the District Probation Officer (DPO) by the respective authorities.
• The DPO will feed all the information online, and the further process of these offline applications will be done in online mode.
